Over the last several years, I have helped define design systems, new product features, and AI experiences that have shaped collaboration across Microsoft 365. I have worked across organizations and disciplines including design, engineering, research, product, and brand — making big ideas real for millions of users. I believe design is about making life better for everyone by creating useful things. This happens by uniting strategy and craft, building adaptable design systems and telling stories that move people and ideas forward.

When I joined Microsoft, I began exploring new customer experiences on the Photos and Media Collaboration teams. I led a design team that impacted 500M+ daily users — from rethinking Windows Photos to launching OneDrive Memories and cross-platform video collaboration. It taught me to ship at scale, influence across orgs and mentor team members who grew into leaders.

Earlier in my career, I was Creative Director at ImageX and Director of Creative & Campaign Services at Tagga, where I led UX strategy and creative teams that shipped award-winning work for brands like adidas, Red Bull, and the NBA. Those years taught me how to scale design, navigate acquisitions and pitch ideas that stick.
